We curled up 300 different paper qualities in different sizes, unfolded them, evaluated and chose the best randomly curled shape.
The selected shape was 3D-scanned, the scan was enlarged, data was transformed into a shape for rotationally molded production.
Voila! A nice design that clearly tells the purpose of the product.
